Stretches for Hip Hop Dancing

Let's begin our stretching. First, you want to start with the head going down. It's important to relax and make sure that just stay calm as you're stretching. Back. Side. Switch, and move on down to the arms. Right arm across. Switch. Bring it back. Switch. We're going to go into isolations. It's really important to do isolations because it helps with your body. It's stretching out your middle body area. Go forward, to the side, back, side, forward, switch. Faster, switch. Moving on into the legs. Go to the right. To the left. Grab your right foot. This stretch here is important with helping with balance because there might be some pop locking moves that you need balance, or some break dancing moves if you're a break dancer. Bring it to the front. Switch. To the front. It's important to hold each stretch for about 10 seconds. Okay, now we're all stretched out and ready to do this.
