Hi! I'm Jeff Wong with Expert Village. Today we are going to learn how to change a flat tire. Once the new spare tire is on the vehicle and the vehicle is lowered, you will want to check the air pressure again to make sure that there is enough air pressure. You can find your tires pressure rating located on the sidewall located here and you can find the maximum pressure that your tire an handle. This tire for instance can handle 35 PSI or pounds per square inch. Here are two examples of tire pressure gages that we can use. We have the circular gage and the pin gage and the circular gage is a little more accurate than the pin gage. It will cost a little bit more. To use, the circular gage, press and hold the tire gage adn read output of it. With this, we have about 32 pounds of air. With the pin gage, push the gage completely in and be sure it is not blocked. When you push the pin on to the tire, hold and remove and you can read. It also reads 32 pounds.
