Hello! My name is Aleli Montano and on behalf of Expert Village, today we'll be talking about Mexican folklorico dance. I was born in Mexico City and I've been dancing for the past 20 years. Today since we're going to talk about Mexican folklorico dance, I want to let you know that Mexico has its origins mostly from dances that originated in Spain and middle eastern countries, so now this has become a very wide mixture of countries, which all came together, which is Mexico right now. Some of the states that are more known throughout the world are Guadalajara, El Sol de Negra, Las Salasanas. We also have from Veracruz, which is south of Mexico, we have La Bamba, El Coco, Paloma. We also have from the northern part of Mexico, we have the La Danza Del Venado. From Oaxaca, which is central part of Mexico, we have Chiapas. We have other similar dances like that. Mostly Mexican folklorico dance you use mostly your feet, your arms, and the relationship between your arms and torso. Today we're going to be talking about Mexican folklorico dance. Thank you!
