First Step Plies in Advanced Ballet Dancing

So even advance dancers need to keep practicing Tendues, and Derrihre, and Plies and all the beginning stuff that anybody learns in their first ballet class. Something to keep it interesting and to work on more than just your body, to work on your mind as well is to create a complicated, more complex combination. What we would do for our Tendues, my feet, going through that Demi-point, demi-close, giving yourself two Tendues. A Ronte de jambe that stretches out and comes in through the ball of the foot, plie. Straight into that Depeche and closing to go to the other side. Should you pressing through just two Tendues, Entrechat, Plie and stretch twice. Going to the back, two Tendues, stretching in Ronte de jambe, and then pressing out. Requiring going to the other side, two Tendues, still thinking about every little detail and that's a good line exercise as well as a foot and leg warm up.
