History of Ballet Dancing

Hello my name is Samantha Marcella, I'm a professional dancer and I've been dancing for 13 years and on behalf of expertvillage.com I love to show you some advanced ballet techniques. I love dancing since I was 9, I always wanted to dance ever since I saw dancers perform, I loved the performance and the aspect of it. Advanced ballet is interesting because every dancer, no matter what their technique, hip hop or jazz, everybody needs to have some ballet techniques to make them a good dancer. The history of ballet comes from over 3 centuries ago, Lou the 14, who began dancing in the royal court, he pulled up his robe revealed his ankles and feet and made up some steps. One is specifically a royal which we'll go over later on. So just remember that there's a royal there to ballet technique and the history of the codified steps that are spoken in French that we'll go over throughout the sections as well.
