So this is called the single exercise. So you are going to start off with your right hand at the end of the riffle back here and your left hand face palm up at the buckle part. So hip and shoulder again you want to bring it out and squeeze it really hard. So when you do a single you are going to dip it like this and you are going to flick it bring it out with your left hand. So you are going to push off with your right and bring your right hand down and bring up with your left hand. So your going to push off with your right and bring your right hand down and bring it out. So when you do a full single it looks like this and you want to catch it a 45 degree angle at your nose and at your neck again. Do it again just dip it and we do another single you are going to flick it this way. So push off with your right hand/left hand and bring it down. So you do the first part of the exercise you start off here with a big dip and push off, catch it 45 degree angle, dip it again, catch it again 45 degree angle. So that is the first part. Second part say you just caught it 1, dip, 2 you want to dip it again and this time you are going to catch it flat. So again you are right back where you started. Dip it again, catch it flat and you are going to flick it again but catch it 45 degree angle down, flick it 45 degree angle down and you go back catching it flat. Flat, dip it, catch it flat and does are the single exercise. Let's do it again really quick dip it, catch it right 45, dip, left 45, flick it catch it flat, dip, catch it flat again, dip, catch it back down 45, bottom 45, flat and back to flat and that is a single exercise.
