Single One Half Low Toss with a Color Guard Flag

So this is called single half low. So you want to start with your right hand about 8 inches to the silk, to your hip and your left hand covering the tape mark. So you are going to release it a little bit higher so you are going to extend your right hand so it goes up higher. This is what it looks like, you want to catch it here straight up and down. So you flick it and reset and you want to catch it so your left hand is at the top and your right hand is at the bottom and that is the one half low.
