How to Do Parallel Tosses with a Color Guard Flag

So these are called parallel you want to start with your palms facing up 1 at the tape mark and 1 at the tape mark at the end of the silk. So you are going to bring it up and do this action in the air. So your arm is going twist, going left and your arms need to push it up for height so make sure you get a little bit above your head. Try these a couple of times and this is a parallel and it is going to fall back exactly the way you started both palms facing up. So these are parallel tosses 1,2, and those are parallels.
