Double Time Spins with Color Guard Flags

So the next thing I'm going to show you is called double time it is another type of spin that you are going to do. So again you want to put your left hand down at the butt and these are right double time you can do right and left. So the first I'm going to show you right. So you hold the flag belly button between your eyes and you are going to bring it down and instead of grabbing here for the double time/drop spins you want to grab it so it is here and then flap. So you are up and down and grab under so both palms are under. So if you do it faster it looks like this 1,2,3,4 and to stop it you want to grab 1 drop spin and stop it here. So if you do left it is the same thing, you put your right hand at the butt and your left hand at the front and you are going to bring it down like a drop spin and bring it so both hands are palm facing up. So it is like this 1,2,3,4,5 and you pop it up.
