Tripod Spin Breakdancing Moves

So what we're going to move into is what we call the Tripod freeze. If anybody knows what a tripod is, it's that basic triangle with the still in the middle. And that's what you're going to turn yourself into right now. So, I don't know if you got any Yoga people out there, probably you're going to have people who do Yoga and people who have never stood on their head. I would basically tell you to try to learn how to stand on your head first before you try doing anything like this. I'm going to turn my back towards the camera now. So, what we're going to start with here is your head being on the ground and you're going to be up here. So you should have your feet on the ground, and your head on the ground right now. What you're going to do next is, it's kind of really easy, and you?re going to take your right to right, left to left; very easy. So you're going to go right to right with the leg and the arm, slow. You're going to go left to left with the other arm and leg. You're going to put them two together, just like this. Here's your basic tripod. So this will basically get you started for standing on your head to go straight up like that, cross, and down. If you want to set it onto the shoulders, do an opposite switch and set it onto the other shoulder or anything like that. If you want to do a diamond, if you want to put them straight, anything like that to the side, together, to the side, and together. So that's your basic tripod. And now, back to where you're standing. After freezes, we're going to move onto some power moves now.
