First thing that we're going to move into first is we're going start with the baby freeze. OK? Really easy because a baby came up with it. So, honestly, before we start this, I want to give you an example of what I'm talking about. Now, when I actually start doing this move and this is the way I actually teach is I actually teach it the way you came home when you were an infant and your mother and father put you down on the floor and you started to crawl because you couldn't walk, and you couldn't really crawl. So what did you do? You actually stayed in place with your hands here across the floor. And you actually stayed in a place. OK? Now, we're going to start with either, I'm a right handed so some of ya'll a lot of you people are going to be right handed. It's going to be the same thing for people that are left handed. It's just going to be the opposite arm. You're going to make sure that you either stick this into the middle of your stomach, in the abs here, or the middle of the stomach, or to the side. So you want to make sure that you can either eventually hold here and take one hand away. Just like that, ok? But you want to make sure that that arm is very strong. OK? If not, for right now, just stick your arms out, stick your arm under you, just the way you're supposed to and straighten out the legs in behind you. You can get ready to set up for your baby freeze, ok? Next thing, that's your strong arm, your guide arm. You don't want to have this arm sticking so far away from you, here. So you want to make sure that it's always sitting under you right here, ok? So never make it so far away from you, ok? Now the next thing that you're going to move into is the placement of your face, ok? You want to make sure that your head, or the top of your head, is actually on the ground. You never, in freezes like this, want to have your face on the ground. For men out there, if you put your face on the ground, you're going to scratch your face up, no girl want to talk to you. For ladies, vice versa. OK? So again we're here, guide arm down, close to you, strengthening arm under you. Legs will come out behind you. Head will touch the ground. As you can see, my face is not on the ground right now, ok? You'll next take your right, your left arm, your left arm and your left leg; it should connect just like this. So this is how you should look right now. Then you're going to take this right arm and you're going to bring it back, just like that. Out of the air, ok? Back down. Back together, ok? So that's your basics of a baby freeze. Now you know that this on the Internet so you can keep running the clip over and over again if you need to, ok. So again, right arm strengthening, guide arm in, head, leg, tap, out of the air. Wiggle the feet, back up. Back together. That's your basic baby freeze, right there.
