Six Step Breakdancing Moves: Part 2

Alright we're still down here. We're still in the squatting position here. We're going to start now with your six steps. OK. Now, with your six steps you want to use that kind of sweeping motion and things like that. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to start you to your opposite side and then I'm going to swing you to your right side of where you need to be. So where we're going to start is we're going to start with our right leg and our left hand touching the ground. So you should start off like this and your leg should be stepping out. What you're going to do is you're going to swing that body weight around and upper body and you're going to swing that leg under you. Here, just like this so both your arms should be on the ground right now. So this is one right here of the six step. What you're going to do now is you're going to take this left leg here, that's sticking up on the knee cap, you're going to step back to right diagonally behind you, right here. OK? What you're going to do now is you're going to open up three. Just like that. Hands should still be on the floor. Now the more easy you get you're going to end up start dancing with one or your other or anything like that. But right now if you need to put both arms on the ground that's totally ok. You're going to step now, four. You're going to step into yourself with the right leg now, five. That was your left leg on four, to that stepped over on four. OK, and now easily you're going to come back to the position that you were standing in, six. OK so you should be right back to where you started again. OK, once again, one, two, three, four, five, six. OK? So again, it should be looking like this going around, or you should be going like this on your other side. And that's your six step. OK?
