So next thing we are going to move into is you are going to pull the right leg back and you are going to bring this left leg forward. We are going to stretch out the calf muscles and if you want to you can put one hand on the ground. You want to switch going into your other calf muscle right here good. You can start with your leg apart here try to get you some distance, not to far, you don't really need to be really spread out and do the splits or anything like that a little bit apart you are just going to reach over to the right side, you right arm would come in, bring it over to your other side, bring it to the middle stretching down. If you can put your hand on the floor that is more of a advance thing that you can do, stretching more back out that is fine. The next stretch I'm going to show you just going to sit down just like this, keep your feet out in front of you, as much as you can reach over and touch your toes. If you have to tap for right now that is okay, tap and hold as far as you want to go. Now more people are more flexible you would find that out in breaking. Most people are flexible, some people are about you know it is just a dance it is not gymnastic or anything like that or so. In the middle, you want to bring that left leg in just like yo are doing for football or track reach over grab the right foot, head down. Opposite side. Now take that same left leg, you are just going to start with your left ankle and you are going to just rotate it around very slowly. Just like that good. You are going to take that same leg and bring it over using your left arm and your head going to your left arm, you are just going to stretch out your back here a little bit good. Okay other side same, rotation on the ankle, right now laying down flat make sure you keep that right arm flat on the floor as you bring the leg over. You want to look to your right arm. Remember through your nose out of your mouth breathing. Okay so it is a little couple proper stretches just to get started.
