Forward Stretch for Back Physical Therapy

Hi my name is Monica and I'm going to show another stretch you can do for your back. A lot of times this is referred to as a prayer stretch all you need to is just simple be on the ground and you want to sit down so that your sitting on your heels right like this and then you simply lean forward with your hands and you just stretch out, go as far as you can you want to kind of arch your back, your mid back a little bit trying to push up a little bit. And just hold it here anywhere from 30 and 60 seconds and then what you want to do is you want to rotate over to left side here and your going to reach out, fingertips as far as you can kind of arch your back a little bit and hold. This is going to be isolate more on the right side of your back and then finally just swing over here to the left side again reach out your fingertips as much as you can, hold on it, finally back to center, again all these you want to hold each position somewhere between 30 and 60 seconds.
