Hi I'm Monica and I'm going to show you a good stretch and range of motion exercise for your back. This will actually get your lower back as well a little bit into your shoulders. So what your going to want to do is go ahead and get on your hands and knees and your simply going to start with letting your back and your belly kind of sag in so you have a nice arch all right here in your lower back. And then your going to come up and do the opposite, so __ up your back as much as you can your butt kind of gets tucked in so back down, and back up. Some people call this the cat couch exercise cause when your down like this you look like a cow, got your butt sticking up, got a nice arch on your back and when you come up your arch is like a cat does when it's scared. So if your range motion doesn't quit go as far as mine and it's painful you'll have to go all the way up just again to find the position that's comfortable for you. So you'll might only be doing this much movement, but hopefully you can start increasing it as you get more and more.
