Adding Onions to Chicken Curry Masala

Hi I'm Divya, welcome to expertvillage.com. Heat them well until you start, until you get this typical smell, until you get that smell you don't know if your spices are ready. So it smells good. So I think my oil and spices are ready and I need to add some chopped onions to it. Let's add the 2 bowls of chopped onion, we are going to mix it really well. Make sure you are actually stirring your onions well so that you are suppose to make this golden brownish in color and if you don't mix it well, if you don't keep stirring it then you know it may just turn black and bitter in taste. So don't go anywhere and keep moving your onion
