Hi I'm Monica I'm going to show you one more exercise as for your stomach again it's going to be helping your back cause that pelvis you don't want it to be tilted forward to much you want to pull it up. So this is a good stomach muscular exercise that actually gets your more stomach muscles. So go ahead and lie back down on your back what you want to do is make sure your stabilize and keep your hands on the ground here, your going to lift your legs up, helps if you actually cross your ankles, just cause it stabilizes your legs and brings them together. And then what your going to do is actually come up right like this and so your going to be using these lower muscles right here in your stomach to kind of roll your butt and your legs off the ground. It's nice again to have your arms here to kind of stabilize and push down with your arms a little bit. You want to make sure that your breathing as you do these, so it helps to as if your coming up you exhale, and as your coming down your inhaling so right like that. Exhaling, inhaling
