What Vaccinations you Need to Travel to Africa

Jambo, that means hello and you'll definitely want to know that if you're traveling to Africa. My name is Melissa Schenk on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to talk about some things you'll want to know before traveling to Africa and also how to survive in the African Wilderness. In this clip let's talk about vaccinations. If you're going to survive in the African Wilderness you better have your vaccinations just to be on the safe side. So as a precaution before you go check out what vaccinations that you'll need from your local doctor. But some good things to keep in mind, these are highly recommended for travel to any African country. Of course Meningitis, Rabies, Typhoid, Hepatitis A, you want to make sure you get all of these vaccinations before you go. But some things to keep in mind too is Hepatitis B, Diphtheria, make sure you have your Tetanus shot of course, Measles, Mumps, Rubella and even Polio. So you can see when traveling to Africa, any foreign country outside of North America is a very, very good idea to get your vaccination shots. To be on the safe side, it will keep you safe and it will keep you healthy while you're in the African Wilderness.
