Additional Back Bridging Techniques for Back Physical Therapy

Hi I'm Monica and I'm going to show you one last variation on bridging. So again lying on the ground here, hips and knees bent. Come up into the bridge and hips, knees, shoulders all straight, flat as a board. Make sure you're flexing your stomach, your back, and your butt, both the sides of your legs there. Once you have a nice firm bridge, what you can do again is come up one knee at a time. Keep that bridge nice and straight. Right like that. If you feel yourself falling, take a break, and then come back on. If doing knees up like this, nice and easy, what you can do is go ahead and lift your leg up like that. Making sure you're keeping your bridge nice and straight. Right like that.
