How to Plant as a Wide Receiver in Football

The next rule for a wide receiver is planting. When planting you want to start off your strongest with your strongest leg and your strongest leg my be your left or your right. So if your left legged you want to plant off your strongest leg. And that is either the left or right, whatever which one you want to start off with. You start off really explosive or you can start off slow. You want to have a good running style when being a wide receiver cause it is very important that you know how to run. So you want to start off with the strongest leg, always know the defensive back may lay off you or he may bump you. But if he bumps you, you can play defensive too and bump him off of you or you can either jut him out and go either left or right but you always want to have a good plant. So then you are off to the races for a tee.
