Drill 5 is what we are going to go over in quarterbacking. Today is rolling out of balance with the football. It is important that the quarterback, I mean the quarterback knows which way he is going to go with the football and which wide receiver he wants to throw to. So you must have this in your mind set when doing this cause this play could break up and you have defensing guys coming at you full throttle. So it is important to know which way you are going to go and what you are going to do and who are you going to release the ball to. The play may break up but still know who you go to guy is. So you simply want to plant, go back 2 step, drop, roll out and just fire the ball.
