Hi I'm Monica, I'm going to show you one more variation on the pelvic tilt that we've been doing. So again, just go ahead and lie flat back on your back. Knees and hips bent. Just to review the pelvic tilt is squeezing your abs in and basically pushing your back down to the floor so that nice arch is now flat and once you have that what we're going to do is start doing some leg warm up movements. The goal is to keep your back in this pelvic tilt while you're doing the leg movements. You have your arms kind of on the ground supporting you, just lift your leg up, all the while maintaining this pelvic tilt you're keeping your back against the floor. If this is easy and you're not allowing your back to arch, when you lift your leg you can go ahead and lift it straight out; again keeping your back to the floor. Another variation is you can do your arms and legs at the same time. So just do opposite arms and legs, keeping the pelvic tilt, so just movements like this. Keep that arch nice and flat.
