Hi, I'm Monica. I'm going to show you one more variation on the pelvic tilt that we've been doing. So again just go ahead and lie flat on your back on the ground; knees and hips bent. Just to review, the pelvic tilt is squeezing your abs in and basically pushing your back down into the floor so that nice arch becomes flat. And once you have that, what we are going to do is start doing some leg movements. The goal is to keep your back in the pelvic tilt while you are doing the leg movements. You have your arms kind of on the ground, supporting you. Lift your leg up, all the while maintaining this pelvic tilt and keeping your back against the floor. This is easy. And you're not allowing your back to arch. When you lift your leg, go ahead and lift it straight out. And keeping your back to the floor. Another variation is you could do arms and legs at the same time; just do opposite arms and legs while keeping the pelvic tilt. So movements like this while keeping that arch nice and flat.
