My name is Monica and I am going to show you a variation of the pelvic tilt that we just did. So, go ahead and lie back down on the ground. Knees and hips bent; again nice and comfortable and go ahead and get into a pelvic tilt position. So, you are going to suck in your abs, flatten your back out so it will be nice and flat on the ground and what we are going to do now is try arm movements. We'll just move one arm at a time and while you are doing this; you want to make sure that you're keeping that pelvic tilt. So, you want to make sure that your back stays flat against the ground the entire time your doing this. If you do feel that your back has arched again; you want to go ahead and stop moving your arms, resettle things, put your back nice and flat against the floor and then go ahead and start moving your arms again. Nice and controlled slow movements of your arms. Make sure that your still breathing as your doing this. Keep your ab muscles tight and your back nice and flat against the ground. If you are having problems keeping your back against the ground you can check with your hand to make sure that you're nice and flat and that you can't stick your hand under you.
