Hi, my name is Monica and I am going to show you a variation of the pelvic tilt we just did. Go ahead and lie back down on the ground, keep your knees and hips bent nice and comfortable and what you are going to do is get in that pelvic tilt position, suck in your abs, flatten your back out, make sure it is nice and flat on the ground. What we are going to do now is try arm movement. And we will just move one arm at a time and while we are doing this you want to make sure you are keeping that pelvic tilt. You want to make sure that your back stays flat against the ground the entire time that you are doing this. If you do feel that your back is arched again you want to go ahead and stop moving your arms, resettle things, put your back nice and flat against the floor and start moving your arms again. Use nice controlled slow movements of the arms. Make sure you are still breathing as you are doing this. Again keep your ab muscles tight and your back nice and flat against the ground right here. If you're having problems keeping your back flat against the ground you can kind of check every now and again with your hand make sure it is nice and flat and you can't stick your hand down there.
