How to Display Items at a Garage Sale
This is Ron with Expert Village and I'm talking about putting together a garage sale. One of the most important items that people often overlook is the display of your garage sale stuff. When people come up to your garage sale, it's okay to put you know a 10 cent box with the items that are just old clothes or t-shirts but realistically you're going to sell more if it is properly presented. It may take you an extra hour our two but instead of throwing 100 items onto a table top, nobody is going to buy anything because it looks like junk. You have to think from a mentality of a retail stand point is when people are going to be looking they want it to be in an organized fashion, they want to quickly glance over and see everything, they want the price tags to be visible that if they know they only $10 to spend at garage sales they don't want to be looking at $30 items or $10 items or whatever. So you need to have that organized and to have your display neat and clean and presentable.
