Breadcrumb Recipe for Veal & Chicken ParmigianaHi I'm Greg from Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make chicken and veal parmigiana. For the breading mixture we will put our bread crumbs or Parmesan and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and my magic stir stick we would mix that up. Now if you don't want quiet so cheesy of a coating you can always use more bread crumbs but I like my Parmigiana to be gooey.
