Sauvignon Blanc White Wine

My name is Mihaly Fabok. We are here on behalf of Expert Village and so we are here to learn about white wines. Now the very famous wine that I have in my hand is a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, it?s Cloudy Bay, which is a very famous wine, so it is made from one hundred percent Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. And when you have this wine you can feel a nice, ripe, tropical fruity flavor and it also combines with a little bit stronger acidity. Because the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety usually has a little bit stronger acidity, together, it is a nice and very refreshing wine. So this Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most famous Sauvignon Blanc in the new World and also in restaurants. And we have a nice sample of Sauvignon Blanc like this one so you can compare with this one. For example, of the grape variety which is a little bit ripe. Also this is good with seafood or a different style of fresh green salad as well.
