Questions & AnswersHi I'm Rachel Dayan for Expert Village. Now I'm going to show you how to take the marzipan off the baking sheet and put it on the cake. We take some powder sugar and we are going to put on the rolling pin. You shouldn't see the powder sugar just make is so the marzipan wont stick to it. Now we are going to put the rolling pin on the marzipan and flat it down slowly take the baking sheet off. And we place the cake on a flat surface and now I'm going put the marzipan on top.
