How to Cook Korean Fish Fries

Hi this is Eunyoung Kim from South Korea on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to make Korean fish fries. Now it's time for the fish you would pour little more canola oil the oil can be very dangerous when you get some moisture so be careful not to get burned. So make some rounded shapes so if you think this is to hot you can just lower it cause you don't want this to get burned. The middle is really hot when you put the food in the middle you will get burned and flip them, this is tricky with chopsticks so I use spoon together and just like that. You should make sure it's cooked enough but don't use to high temperature and the egg will be burned but still the fish is still not cooked, so adjust to low temperature. But sometimes it's really hard to think about temperature so sometimes it just add still cook but fish is not cooked, but don't get panic you still have microwave you can always put in the microwave and you can still cook fish without burning the eggs. Okay I think is done so I turn off the stove and put on the plate.
