Hi this is Eunyoung Kim from South Korea on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to make Korean fish fries. Okay it's now like time to fry this in the pan you can use any kind of pan like this and the oil when you fry something the canola oil is very effective, not butter not olive oil olive oil is not as effective as this so you better use the canola oil, or it doesn't matter actually. You can use whatever you want so you cover the oil on the pan just like this, see just put in here and one tip for the frying, when you put fry something on the pan the middle of fan is really hot around the pan is not as hot as the middle so, when you put something you first you better put in the side then it would be fair. Kind of party food in traditional Korean party when all people's birthday or somebody got married or something and they just made this kind of fries. You can use chopsticks for this but if your not use to a chopstick you can use other thing, so nice color with egg you don't have to fry for a long time because this is just squash you can eat as raw so, check the color ya this thing looks pretty done. So I put it on the plate, as I said to you if your not use to with chopsticks you don't have to use chopsticks for cooking okay, so it's done with squash.
