Garlic Preparation for Korean Spicy Chicken Stew

Hi this is Eunyoung Kim from South Korea and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to make Korean spice chicken stew. I need some garlics for my sauce and maybe 2 or 3 cloves. So I would cut this 1 onion so just push the knife and then just rip, pop it over and you can see here so you just get the 2 or 3 cloves of garlic. The smell is really strong so after touching the garlics you better wash your hands very carefully this is really important too. And I will remove the covers, you just put the knife and then like very slowly like this and then here 3 cloves of garlics. This is the chili and I choose both red and green for colors and if you add this to the sauce you can get some spice flavors from it it's really good and it's up to you if you want to add it, you add it if you don't have any chili's you don't have to put it.
