Hi this is Eunyoung Kim from South Korea and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to make Korean spice chicken stew. And now I'm going to peel this carrot, this carrot I don't think you have to peel but just in case I will peel this when you, like this you just peel like this but don't peel too much then you will not get anything after this. Okay so I'm finish peeling this carrot so I would just put it on the plate and this is onion. Since I'm wearing contacts I'm really okay with this onion but you don't wear any contacts you will cry after a while but you can't help it. So I'm going to cut this onion, I will cut the edges of onions and other side and you can see here and it's easier to get the covers so you just put your knife here and see it's just so easy. You can peel the onion very easily.
