Hi this is Eunyoung Kim from South Korea and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to make Korean spice chicken stew. First I'm going to prepare the vegetables. Most of Korean food the process starts with the preparing vegetables because this is the most common vegetables in Korean food. So if you notice maybe you can make other Korean food very easily. So first potato I'm going to wash this potato, just wash it you don't have to wash it perfectly just removing all the dust, you just peel out the covers and skin like this be careful not to cut your fingers but it's really hard to cut your fingers, don't worry. Okay so this is the potato after peeling.
