Rice Preparation for Korean Spicy Chicken Stew

Hi this is Eunyoung Kim from South Korea and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to make Korean spice chicken stew. Okay here's the chicken I prefer using the chicken fillets cause it's really easy to prepare, if you buy whole chicken you have to peel out the covers everything, skins and this is really convenient so I prefer this. Is a chicken fillet I'm going make this stew for 4 or 5 people so you just need this amount like big big piece and small little piece pieces and here's the salt, and pepper. I'm going to put this on the chicken later and then I going to fry and dump the chicken and the vegetables with this olive oil because olive oil is very good for your health and really good for diet. So I prefer the olive oil then no more oils or butters and here's a rice, I'm going eat this stew with rice so like you know Korean food is everything with rice. And in United States or other countries you can find at any kind of rices but I prefer Korean rice but if it's hard to find Korean rice you can always use jasmine rice or flourish rice.
