Hi this is Eunyoung Kim from South Korea and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to make Korean spice chicken stew. Okay I bought the ingredients into the 3 part first is vegetables I'm going to fry these with my chicken and this is the sauce part and this is chicken and here's a rice and oil. So you can see it whole ingredients and tools first here's a carrot just you can buy normal carrot from the shop and I'm going to use it for frying with the meat. And the onion so I bought the medium size of the onion so I can use 2 of them but if you buy big size you can just use one. And here's the potatoes this potato is just a little bigger than normal potatoes but it's good to cut this potatoes so I like to buy this size of potatoes so I'm going to use 3 of them. and here's our sauce part the sauce is very important in Korean food it decided to taste so you better concentrate on this part. First I bought some ingredients from Korea this is hot pepper paste you see this and here's the Korean chili normally you just use this hot pepper paste, but if you want extra spices you can use Korean chili or just no more chili you can find at the grocery shop. And this kind of chili this kind of hot pepper paste you can buy at any Asian grocery store I'm sure, and here's the soy sauce and here's a wine red wine, and here's a sesame oil, and vineager. And you should put some garlic for taste in the sauce and this is option you can put some real chili for color and taste.
