Component Business Systems
Hi! I'm Tim Ricke from timricke.com on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to talk about the components of the business systems in order to franchise your business. There are 4; guiding the business, getting the business, doing the business, and running the business. Let's look at each of those. Guiding the business must mean taking it through the steps of everyday service so that it all falls into place with each individual system, so your job is to guide it through those systems. In order to do that you must develop different areas. Second is getting the business. In other words, your marketing concepts; how do you go about that. We'll go into that in detail. By getting the business, it's all of the advertising no matter which way you go. Word of mouth, newspapers, TV. All of those will be considered at later on. Doing the business is the actual servicing of your customer, your client, and doing what is needed there to make sure that they are getting what they expect from you. Then running the business to make sure that you've tied these other 3 things together so that the business is running smoothly and the customer knows exactly what to expect. Whether it's the customer itself at the retail or wholesale level or your franchisee. They must have systems that are duplicateable to make it work right.
