How to Shoot a Free Throw in Basketball
One thing I'm also going to teach you guys is how to shoot a free throw either one to practice your free throw shoot or cause you got fouled. What I disgust before about your shot is how to angle towards the basket and I'm going to teach you how to throw a free throw shot your going to stand behind the white line you toes are not going to touch the line at all. The best thing to do is have your feet angled faced towards the basket and about maybe a couple inches before the white line, you don't want to stand to far back because it'll mess up your shot and it's further away from the basket and you have a better chance making the shot if your closer to the basket, but you have to stand behind the white line, I'll show you. You want to dribble the ball a couple of times to get your balance and you look at the basket while your dribbling the ball, and you bend your legs you go up, and let your arms extend, like that that's how you shoot a free throw.
