Conditioning: Basketball Tips
Some of things you do while you play basketball to keep in shape is some basketball drills the best drill to do without the ball is called suicides where you run back and forth the court touching the end of the basket touching the end of the floor and moving back back and forth from the end one end to the court to the other. Usually a good player could do that within the next within 60 seconds for example, start off right here like a race you touch the bottom of the floor and then you run up you touch the free throw line, run back touch the bottom of the floor, you run to the half court line. You keep going and going going back and forth going back and forth in 60 seconds easier said than done easier to keep in shape.
