How to Juggle One Ball
Hi I’m Stephen Bent and I’m a professional juggler. Today I’m representing ExpertVillage.com. We’re going to be learning the basic fundamentals of three ball juggling starting with one ball. Place the ball in the hand that you are most comfortable with and toss it from that hand to the other. Ideally, the ball should reach about eye level height in front of you and never go above or below that height when being thrown from either hand. This is the first step. This is the basic step to learning three ball juggling.
