Defensive Stance for Basketball Players
Another thing about basketball is the fundamental which is defense the most important thing of the game besides of offensive of course. With defense you want to stay at a defense position which means your legs bend everything is about angle. So you want everything at a 45 degree angle and when your facing your opponent you want to be at an angle when you face them. With your right hand or left hand facing towards the ball and your other hand facing towards the defendant, so when you move you want to move at an angle backwards or sideways. So it's like this and if it goes this way to your left hand side you want to switch it out like that.
