Combining Multiple Muay Thai Kicks
This is Ric O'Kane on behalf of expertvillage.com in this clip we are going to be demonstrating how to put all the Muay Thai techniques together in a shadow box in form. If you want to learn more about Muay Thai you can visit fightingtrainer.com. Here I got Shawn Yacoubian professional fighter he is going to demonstrate some free form shadow boxing. Notice that he is right on his toes, you don't want to worry to much about your technique as much as being smooth and letting it flow freely. Technique and foot would come the more you practice it. You want to be able to blanch the distances of your hands and feet together, the punching distance of your hands are shorter then your kicking you have to learn to adjust to composite for that distance. You want to be able to move around in the right laterally you don't want to stand in one spot and be a sitting target. You want to be able to move on your toes.
