How to Do a Judo Hip Throw

On behalf of Expert Village my name is Richard Acuna from Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida, today we are showing you beginners judo. Okay this next clip we are going to demonstrate for you another hip throw and it is called Koshi Guruma and it goes like this. Again I grab is sleeve I don't grab the lapel cause I need these space to get right onto his back and what I do once he pushes on me and I see his body coming forward my arms slips right behind his neck, kuzushi is constant, my hips are in position, my arms are out, I pick him up a little bit, he is on my hips and I just swivel a little bit. Now we are going to do is a little faster in real time, one more time.
