About Indian Oolong Tea

Hi, I'm Nelson Drago with Chado Tea Room in Los Angeles on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we are going to be talking about Oolongs from India. We carry Oolongs which Darjeeling produces. Our Darjeeling Oolong would be the first flush and the second flush. First flush would be picked during end of March beginning of April, that's almost the first rain fall of the year. It barely makes very green and a very light color of the tea. The second flush is more mainly flavorful and strong than the first flush. Here is our Darjeeling Oolong first flush, a super tea it has a muscatel flavor and best if you want to add some honey to it. Our second flush Oolong, again flavorful than the first one and super if sweeten with honey. A caffeine content is the same as any other black tea would have. Steeping time for such kind of Oolongs, again would be 3 minutes in about 190 degrees of water.
