The most important thing before you even get started thinking about contortionism is stretching. It might seem simple and monotonist, but it's very basic maneuvers that you can do to help elevate a pulled muscle or just any kind of pain in the future. I'm here and I'm going to show you a couple stretches that you do before you start. First we'll start with your head and you neck going to the left and to the right. Just kind of working out the kinks in that. Up and down and then do a nice, a little circle both ways. Then stretch over to your right side and you should feel a good pull right here. Then all the way over to your left. Again, I can feel a nice pull from right here. Good. Now we're going to grasp our hands like this and you can even turn around and show them like that. Just pull them tight. Then you grab your hands and you slowly come down and feel a nice little stretch there. Don't worry if you're not all the way to the bottom it's okay. That will come with time. Then take your left hand to your right foot and feel the stretch. Then your right hand over to your left and let that stretch as well. Slowly come to the center and feel a nice little pull and then stretch your body slowly all the way up. There you go. Just a few simple stretches like that will help you elevate some pulled muscles or pain in the future. Now, make sure you always stretch out your ligaments and take you time because slowness is key. You really want to feel a good pull and every little stretch and area that you're working with. That’s it. Thank you so much.
