Let's do a little chest work. So again we want to start with our elbows. Your elbows are going to be in line wtih our shoulders. So there should be a straight line from my elbow to my shoulder blades. Don't break the wrist. You want to make sure that the wrist are straight. You want to press out and release it. Press and release and press and release. Make sure what is supporting your band is actual a stable surface so you want to get something that is rooted into the ground like a tree, column or a pole so that you are using your body. My body is a little off balance because it is adding a little bit of resistance because of the additional gravity. So we are fighting against gravity as well and we are engaging our pectoral muscles and I am definitely tightening my ass to support my lower back and to support my chest and my spine. Your arms are going straight out in front of you and they are parallel. So your starting position is perpendicular. Your arms are perpendicular. Beginners you want to do 6 to 8, intermediate 8 to 10, advanced 10 to 15, 3 to 4 sets.
