Okay let's try triceps. We are going to use 1 foot to stabilize the band. Step in front of it and you are going to grab the band with both hands. Put both of your arms over your head. You want to act like you are squeezing your head with both elbows. Again, make sure that tummy is tucked in so we don't want any backs that look like this from the side. So you want to tuck your bottom in, hold your tummy in, squeeze your elbow on your head and you want to pull the band up and release it down. Pull the band up and release it down. Remember on the up you are exhaling and inhaling. A good if you forget to breathe, if you just count out loud it will force you to breathe. There is no way you could talk and you are not breathing at the same time. So hold for a count of 2 and release it down. Really when you come up I want you to think about contracting your triceps, the back of your arms and releasing them. This is a great way to do triceps.
