How to Move Plants in a Perennial Garden

Now every gardener has there ways of dealing with plants that just don't seem to be happy where you put them. So I kind of came up with my own little rule which I call the 3 time rule I put a plant in the ground and if it doesn't do well I will move it to another totally different spot. If it still doesn't do well I will try a third time and on the third time if it doesn't do well then it is gone because it is not worth the effort. And I just wanted to show you one plant that I have right here which is a little blue ginseng plant and as you could see it got the most brilliant flowers so I wasn't in a hurry to get rid of this plant. And I started moving this plant probably 3 years ago it started off in a shade garden and it didn't do well there it was just not happy in the shade garden. It need more sun on the little ticket that came with it said need sun so I put on the other side of my garden in my sunniest spot and the thing it always look like it was ready to die because it had to much sun. Coming over here the glory of this section of the garden is I have lots of tall shrubs over here and lots of bushes. So what happens is when the sun comes out this plant is somewhat shaded from the really really hot sun and as you can see it is bright, it's blue, the leaves are green which is a sign that it is healthy. So I think I get to keep this plant cause it has passed and it is going to stay here probably forever.
