Knee Moves in Stage Combat

So what we're going to do now is a couple of knee moves. These use a team nap which we showed earlier with a slap. The only difference between the team nap now is instead of using two hands to do the team nap we're going to use our hands and our knees. So what I'm going to demonstrate first is a knee to the groin. So, say I'm a burglar and I've stolen Audrey's purse and she's tracking down and know she's going to knee me in the groin and we're doing this on stage and this is how we would do that move. So, what we would do is Audrey would come up to me, hands on the shoulders, eye contact. Now what she's going to do here is let's do your left knee, her left knee is going to go straight back, my hands are going to layer each other just like that right over the top and they're going to be right here far away from my actual groin. What's going to happen is Audrey is going to bring her knee up and the nap happens right here. So when she actually does it, it sounds like this and I react accordingly, I just got kneed in the groin and it really hurts. So, let's do it real slow about a quarter speed just to show them. So shoulders, eye contact, awww awww and that's pretty much what it looks like. Now, another one that's very similar that also uses a team nap is a knee to the stomach. Now, I'm going to be doing this to Audrey. So again the way we start it is hands on shoulders establish your distance except now I'm going to turn her after I've made the eye contact. So hands on shoulders, eye contact, turn here and again the audience would actually be this way because they don't want to see what we're doing over here. I'm going to rear back with my right leg and I'm going to come across and bring it up and what Audrey is going to do is she's going to hold her hands like this and actually catch my knee. So it'll look like this; hands on shoulders, eye contact, turn, rear back with leg and bam and she makes the nap by slapping on my leg just like that. So you want to do it one more time? Sure, alright so hands on shoulders, eye contact, turn, rear back and bam and she reacts accordingly. Those are two knee moves using a team nap.
