Displaying A Swan Fruit Centerpiece

Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now, to add little bit more contrast and color, I'm going to take a nice healthy bunch of grapes. What I want to do is keep in tact and I'm going to drape the grapes from the...let me see if I can get them to stay...from the pedestal plate to the back of the other plate. Sort of have it cascading down. You just fiddle around with it until it stays. Then you can lay. This is another one. If the grapes are too big and bulky, you can just break off bits until you're pleased with the way it looks. Don't be afraid to lose bunches of grapes on the table like that. Take advantage of any nice looking stems. That gives a nice look to it. I'm going to add a little bit of different colors. I have some beautiful pears here that we can pair up. You want to look for the most beautiful and fresh fruit that you can find. I have some beautiful nectarines. You want to display our nicest freshest fruit. You just set that out. Move things around. We want a little bit of color back here. Maybe you can prop that up a little more with grapes. Take a step back, look, and see if you bounce it out. I think I would like a little more color up in my swan here. We have lot of the purple here so we'll add a few more grapes. I think that looks pretty. You have a nice abundant and full display for your fruit.
